Terms of Service

What this service is. We provide a hosted manufacturing ERP: item and recipe management, purchasing, goods receiving, inventory, production planning, sales, invoicing and maintenance. You use it to run your business; we run the software.

Your data is yours. Everything you enter belongs to you. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, or use it to train anything. Each company's records are separated from every other's by the database itself, and you can take a full copy at any time from your Company Account screen.

Payment. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in Indian rupees through Razorpay, with 18% GST on the invoice. We never see or store your card details — they go directly to the payment provider.

If a payment fails. Your account continues for 14 days while we retry and remind you; after that, access is suspended. Suspension deletes nothing — settling the outstanding invoice restores access immediately.

If you leave. You may stop at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We keep your data for 90 days after an account closes so you can come back or collect it, and then we delete it.

Availability and backups. We aim for the service to be available whenever you need it and will tell you in advance about planned maintenance. The database is backed up daily and backups are verified by being restored, not merely written.

What we ask of you. Keep your account details secure and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has them. Do not use the service to break the law. Your food-safety, traceability and tax obligations remain yours: this system helps you meet them, it does not assume them.

Liability. We will fix what we get wrong. Our financial liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding twelve months; we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost production.

Content. You are responsible for what you and your team enter into the system. Do not upload material that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.
