Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your name, work email and phone number when you sign up; the business records you and your team enter while using the system; and standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time) kept for security.

What we use it for. To run the service, to bill you, to answer your support requests, and nothing else. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your business data for advertising or to train anything.

Who can see it. You and the people you give accounts to. Our support staff can view (never change) your system only with a stated reason, time-limited and recorded. Payment details go directly to the payment provider — we never see or store card numbers.

Where it lives. On servers in the AWS Mumbai region, encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily.

Your rights. Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for your account's data to be deleted after you close it (we keep it 90 days so you can come back, then delete it). Write to the address on our Contact page.
