Refund & Cancellation Policy

The trial is free. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged when it ends — the account simply waits for you to choose a plan.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Indian rupees, with GST shown on the invoice.

Cancelling. You may cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us — no notice period, no cancellation fee. The service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and no further invoices are raised.

Refunds. Payment for a billing period that has started is not refunded pro-rata. If you are charged in error — a duplicate payment, or a charge after you cancelled — tell us within 7 days and we will refund it in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If a payment fails. Your access continues for 14 days while we retry and remind you; after that the account is suspended. Nothing is deleted — settling the invoice restores everything at once.

After you leave. We keep your data for 90 days so you can return or take a copy, then delete it.

Shipping. AMPM ERP is an online software service. Nothing physical is shipped, so no shipping policy applies.
